First we hear that the President's budget is irresponsibly overpriced, now it's reported that George Bush wants to spend too little on social programs AND vowed to spend more on various programs. - Human Events

President Reagan once said, "Government does not tax to get the money it needs; government always finds a need for the money it gets." Let's find a way for it to get less.
